Plaintiff, Des Plaines Currency Exchange, Inc., brought this suit in the circuit court of Cook County under the Administrative Review Act, (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1961, chap. Page 246 110, pars. 264 to 279) against Joseph E. Knight, Director of the Department of Financial Institutions, and Margaret M. Kane, to review the issuance of a community currency exchange license by the Director to Margaret M. Kane. The trial court entered an order affirming the decision of the Director and an appeal was taken directly to this court pursuant to section 22.02 of the statute regulating community currency exchanges. Ill. Rev. Stat. 1961, chap. 16 1/2, par. 52.2.
